In such cases, clients may be asked to provide an alternative payment method to avoid delays to their project timeline.

Visa acceptance may include eligible credit or debit cards, subject to the requirements of the payment processor and card issuer.

Clients should follow the instructions presented during checkout, invoicing, or payment to complete the transaction securely. Where a payment link or invoice is provided directly by Brittany Ads, clients should only enter card details through the secure, verified payment interface associated with that link or invoice.

4. Mastercard Payments

Mastercard cards may be accepted where supported by the applicable payment processing system.

Acceptance is subject to card validity, authorization, processing requirements, and any restrictions imposed by the relevant financial institution or payment provider.

As with other card types, Mastercard transactions remain subject to the security checks and authorization procedures applied by the client’s card issuer and by the payment processor handling the transaction on behalf of Brittany Ads.

5. American Express Payments

American Express cards may be accepted where supported by the payment processing system.

Availability may vary depending on the transaction, service, and payment provider. Clients should use the payment options displayed at the time of checkout or invoicing to determine whether American Express is available for their particular transaction.

Where American Express is not available for a specific payment method or provider, clients will typically be shown an alternative accepted card network or payment option instead.

9. Payment Security, Authorization, and Failed Transactions

Payment information may be processed through third-party payment providers or financial institutions. Brittany Ads does not intend to store complete payment-card details on its own website or systems unless specifically stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Clients should never send full card numbers, security codes, expiration details, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email, text message, or through any other unsecured communication channel. Any request appearing to come from Brittany Ads asking for such information through an insecure channel should be treated with caution and verified directly with us before responding.

A payment may fail because of an incorrect payment detail, insufficient funds, issuer restrictions, security or fraud checks, technical issues with the payment processor, or other reasons determined by the payment provider or financial institution involved. Brittany Ads is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers, card issuers, or banking systems.
